The Public Benefits Unit of CLSMF offers legal advice, brief service and/or hearing representation regarding the following types of benefits:
• Social Security Disability Insurance, Cessation of benefits and Overpayments
• Social Security Retirement Reductions and Overpayments
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Cessation of benefits and Overpayments for Adults and Children
• Food Stamps, Cash Assistance and Medicaid Denials and Overpayments
• Medicare claims and waivers
• Unemployment Compensation Denials and Overpayments
• Veterans Benefits
