Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida represents parents and children concerned about educational needs and services.
When a disagreement with a school arises, the dispute can often be worked out easily.
If your concerns are not resolved, you have a right to challenge the school in an administrative hearing.
CLSMF advises parents and children about their legal rights concerning education.
We will assist parents in obtaining needed educational services and testing, we will mediate disputes, and, if necessary, we can advocate in administrative hearings.
