"Justice For All" Campaign

The Justice For All Campaign rallies large firms of attorneys, mid-size practices, small firms and sole practitioners to partner with CLSMF in providing access to justice for the poor. Participation in the Campaign enables lawyers in the private sector to fulfill one of the most basic tenets of the legal profession--to provide equal access to justice for everyone in our community.

The goal of the campaign is to raise $1,000,000 over 3 years. The commitment of these public-spirited firms and individuals will help make it possible for CLSMF to assist more people; the elderly and disabled, the homeless, victims of domestic violence, indigent families with children and the working poor with their critical legal needs.

For information on how you or your firm can participate in the Campaign, please call Larry Glinzman at (386) 255-6573 x2550

Justice For All Campaign

The generous financial support of our friends in the legal community and the general public helps maintain CLSMF as the front line law firm for the poor in central Florida.

Your tax-deductible contribution to the Justice For All Campaign will support the efforts of CLSMF to make a difference in the lives of poor people who depend on us for access to justice. Your generosity will help us to:

  • obtain custody and child support orders on behalf of poor children
  • help battered spouses escape domestic violence
  • defend low-income tenants in unlawful evictions and force slumlords to rectify dangerous housing conditions
  • prevent foreclosures in scams that defraud elderly and indigent homeowners
  • advocate for the rights of low-wage workers
  • secure benefits for homeless veterans, the disabled and working poor families.

We welcome your partnership with us in doing this important work.

How You Can Participate

  • Make a cash gift by mailing a check or giving online with your Amex, Visa or MasterCard.

Monthly or annual pledges are welcome, as are one-time gifts.

  • Make a commemorative gift in honor or memory of a colleague or loved one. (If you would like CLSMF to notify someone of your donation, please include all contact information, including name, address and phone number, with your contribution.)
  • Donate real estate, appreciated stock, or other securities that you have held for at least a year. This type of contribution allows you to take an income deduction for the current value of the asset, as well as reduce capital gains and estate taxes. Please inform us of your gift and we’ll send you our account number and broker information to facilitate the transaction.
  • Remember Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida in your will or designate CLSMF as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, gift annuity or charitable remainder trust. Please contact your attorney or financial planner for information on these types of gifts.
