Homeowner Assistance Fund

The Florida Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) may be able to offer eligible homeowners relief for past due and/or future mortgage payments and other homeowner expenses.  

Eligible Expenses (Past Due and Future)  

  • Mortgage payments 
  • Utilities 
  • Homeowners Insurance 
  • Property Taxes 
  • HOA and other Homeowner Fees 
  • Internet 

Steps for Assistance:  

  1. Registration
  2. Eligibility 
  3. Invitation to apply 
  4. Award email 
  5. Disbursement of funds 

Homeowners must complete Step 1 and register as soon as possible using this link: https://sforce.co/3Pw8Aog  

Homeowners should start gathering documents and information after they register so they are prepared to complete the application once they receive the invitation (step 3). Homeowners that register should monitor their email (including spam and junk mail) every day as the invitation link expires and the window to apply could close.  

Homeowners should take action NOW as these funds are very limited and many eligible recipients are in need.  

Need Help with HAF Application?  

Homeowners that have received the invitation to apply via email can request one-on-one assistance with a HUD Certified Housing Counselor from CLSMF completing this request form
